For aseptic filling, at least two additional steps are required. Before filling, use chlorine dioxide to disinfect the mouth of the pipe; Before re-pressing the valve to complete the filling, the bag is filled with inert gas to remove some air from the nozzle. In addition, in aseptic filling, the faucet is surrounded by hot steam, and the bag itself needs to be irradiated by gamma rays.
